New World Shield Mechanics
46In this video we discuss the recently announced changes to the New World Shield Mechanics. Amazon Games Studios recently released patch notes that had some significant changes to how the shield works in New World. A New World Heater shield was also added to the game to complement the other wide range of shield types that New World has to offer. New World has action basedMMO combat so you actually have to time your blocks in order to effectively block in New World. The new mechanics that were introduced could significantly change the New World block mechanics.
