The latest update patch for Darkest Dungeon 2 is finally live on the retail branch, taking into account a month's worth of feedback from the community(including from yours truly) to turn one of the most criticized aspect of the game into a bright spot. It's not without its flaws, but the new system is both fun and engaging, while making the game more tactical and the RNG elements more fair.
