10, I contemplated a little over whether it's a 9 or 10 but overall it's a 10 in my heart. They really got me in how well they portrayed the emotional parts and the slow but evident development of the characters.
I would 100% recommend Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch for people who enjoyed this series. If you like the twists, you might like Akame ga Kill!. MyAnimeList people seem to be recommending Shingeki no Kyojin as well so why not. (I even made a reference to it too in the reaction LOL)
