After getting the secret exit out of the last level, we're allowed into the only fully underwater level of the halloween world, the Drenched Gloomlake. Ghosts of the drowned and departed haunt this watery deadzone. Luigi! Where's your Poltergust 5000? Finishing this level opens lots of options, the Castle, a music house, and the Buried Boneyard. It is a cave level with instant death water and those boxing ghost monsters. This level opens up the next secret world, world E.
