Secret of Mana will get an official remake with all new visuals next year. The systems currently planned are PS4 Vita and PC. Square definitely had Sony pay out for this exclusive and it probably did not cost much for Sony to keep this on their platforms. I do believe it is time for Square to move the Secret of Mana Collection out of Japan and localize it world Wide for the Nintendo Switch.
