The cut flag girl appeared in the "CG" releases (current gen - PS2/GC/Wii/OG Xbox), and it was known that those intros existed at some point for the "NG" releases (next gen - PC/PS3/Xbox360) before they were cut.

Recently those NIS files have been found for the PC release, however, simply having them in the game files wouldn't make them show up, as they require extra VLT entries and NIS camera tracks.
