UPD: Vulkan should be used instead of OpenGL, beacause game sometimes can't boot with OpenGL.

Device can throttle with settings in the video, setting CPU override to 75-80% will gurantee absence of throttling, but FPS sometimes will dip to 20, and will be 5-30% lower depending on the scene
Vulkan fixes possible crashes and improves loading times, but results in more heat
Beginning of the level is one of the most demanding parts of the game. In many locations framerate will be a bit higher
