I've finally found what is restricting the game to spawn opponents in Tollbooth and disabled it.

Results for this one:
- Tollbooth stats are shown on upper right side of the screen.
- Leaderboard is working.
- AI racers don't mess up with the time.
- Tollbooth screen messages (Time bonus, next tollbooth) work.

There's only one issue I've seen so far: In Race Stats menu, tollbooth times will be shown the same for every racer.

Note: On some races, AI opponents won't be able to move. Thanks to ArturoPlayerOne for noticing that.
