For NTSC speed2.exe:
0x4e237e (Commands / Byte Array) - Default Value: 74 28 (je 4e23a8) - New Value: 90 90 (nop) // Remove Region Car Lock
0x4e23a2 (Commands / Byte Array) - Default Value: 74 04 (je 4e23a8) - New Value: 90 90 (nop) // Unlock All Cars
For PAL speed2.exe:
0x4e20ae (Commands / Byte Array) - Default Value: 74 28 (je 4e23a8) - New Value: 90 90 (nop) // Remove Region Car Lock
0x4e20d2 (Commands / Byte Array) - Default Value: 74 04 (je 4e23a8) - New Value: 90 90 (nop) // Unlock All Cars
These addresses are memory regions. If you're HEX Editing the .exe directly, subtract 400000hex from values. (Or just forget the 4 after 0x :D )
