NHL 16 BE A GM GLITCH! PLEASE FIX EA!!

6I've been playing Be A GM Mode and I usually sim the first two periods and jump in and play the third. And recently I've been noticing once I jump in the game some of my players are not playing. At first I thought they were just injured during the game or maybe got a game misconduct, but this video shows that it is a glitch and some players are shown twice in the Edit lines menu but the second time they are shown it's the player that should originally be there. I'm only putting this video out so that EA can fix this.
