Need to fully install the 38GB+ game to start. For my case, the quest completion did not pop up as usual. I just press the Xbox button to go into the gamepass app to check it. Should finish this quest in about 3mins.

If your quest does not trigger:
1. wait for a few minutes or do the same thing a few more times; OR
2. close & restart the game; OR
3. Hard reset the console or phone; OR
4. Uninstall & install the game.
