The Team Rocket Go Grunts that specialize in Fairy Type Pokemon seem to always have Two Snubbulls and a Granbull. there doesnt seem to be any variation from this since they had a Fairy Type team setup. Niantic can we please start getting other Fairy Type Pokemon from these Grunts, its getting quite boring. every other type combination seems to have good variety with who the grunts have, but Fairy is seriously lacking. even if you just add Pokemon like Clefairy, Maril, Slurpuff, etc. there is a large variety that you can add into the lineup so we dont only ever get Snubbulls for the shadow pokemon available for capture.
