It was literally grey all day long and I doubted that we would have anything dramatic looking at sunset. And then it happened. Bang! from one moment to the next the sky just lit up, then split in half, as you can see, only to suddenly reveal those finger-like protrusions filled with what seemed to be light from within. I was totally gobsmacked. And the colours you see here are as true to what it actually looked like, thank you for watching.
