This next Fernando Valadez request has Bender and Destroyous facing Sentinel and E-123 Omega. As for the backstory, it might not the best as I haven't had much experience watching Futurama despite a quick look at his Wikipedia page...

Bender wanted to steal all the alcohol from a facility but he knew he couldn't do it alone. So he reprogrammed Destroyous to help him. However, it wasn't as easy compared to when he faced off against Sentinel and E-123 Omega...

IDK if Sentinel should be considered as a boss character since he is playable from the start in X-Men: Children of the Atom. Destroyous is currently the final boss of Saturday Morning Mayhem, so he is likely to be one.
