15Welcome to a Sunday afternoon MUGEN stream on August 13th, 2023!
Because some of us are about to return to school soon, I want to get one more stream done before schoolwork takes up time for people. Even then, I usually stream on the weekend, so it might not make as much of a difference anyways. But I don't know your schedules, so getting this done now should be fine nonetheless.
For about 2-3 hours (pending the amount of requests I get), you'll see numerous MUGEN battles, whether they be 1v1, 2v2 simul, or some amount of turns. These battles will be requested by you and other viewers. The list of characters in the roster can be found here: https://controlc.com/357931ce

Before making a request, please follow these guidelines:
1. This is an AI-only stream as my roster was made specifically for Watch Mode battles. I will only have control of preparing battles, but I may need to use debug keys in the case of bugs.
2. Requests will be taken in the chat. A maximum of 3 requests per person will be enforced so everyone can have at least one (if they want to). Think wisely when giving them to me as the window for requests will close after some time. But don't spam more than three all at once (unless you want to get your three to me fast). Let others have a chance for their requests. I'll keep track of how many requests you give me, so only your first three ones will be done.
3. We'll use a standard version of MUGEN 1.0 with the 4GB Patch and only do 1v1, 2v2 simul, or turns. We won't swap to 1.1 or any of the simul or tag patches at any point.
4. Some fighters may not be suited for simul. If I do turns instead, it may be because one of the fighters has glitches in simul mode (crashes may occur with glitches).
5. Due to time constraints, we'll quickly skim the VS Screen, matches will be 40 seconds long, and we'll skip the Victory Screen. In addition, I may set the speed to Fast 1 (or 2) to keep things rolling. In cases where the fighter stops the timer, I may have to stop the match myself after a period of time.
6. You're only limited to the fighters in my roster. It's the same as my Random MUGEN Mania one. If it's not in the roster, I might not accept it. However, I may consider new fighters for the future like I do for my weekly series. You can't request stages (for now) or the BGM. Lifebars and the screenpack will remain constant.
7. Some fighters have similar names, so please state the full name or the franchises of the characters you want to use. Otherwise, I may confuse one character for another due to the vague request. (ex. If you ask for Foxy, I may assume it's the FNAF one instead of the KOF one.)
8. Except in rare cases (some Orochi forms for example), I won't allow the "cheap palettes" to be used. (This is for the alternate forms that don't have a separate def file to distinguish them from their base forms).
9. Don't cause drama within the chat by disrespecting others or myself. Your request may be denied if you do so.
10. Don't make requests meant to bash others.
11. Don't make requests where one side has to explicitly win. It'll make the match boring.
12. Please watch your language. I will delete comments immediately if it contains words I cannot allow here.
Failure to abide by these rules (particularly the drama-related ones) will lead to a potential suspension and/or permanent ban. And I will take your behavior on other streams into consideration.
