NICK54222 MUGEN: Sakuya Izayoi (me) VS Yoshimitsu (Nexus Gaming)
9This may seem awkward, but hear me out on this.
Yes, I know that the Yoshimitsu Nexus Gaming used for his Soulcalibur game is actually the one from Tekken (namely, his appearance in Tekken Tag Tournament II). Or at least based on it. But it's believed that the Yoshimitsu in Tekken is a descendant of the one in Soulcalibur. Technically, it's actually a mantle held by many people to create a theory that the warrior "never" dies, but I guess I won't worry about it too much.
I chose to use Sakuya again. At this point, I might even consider using her against all of Nexus Gaming's Soulcalibur fighters in the future, but not all at once for some variety. Heck, I did face two guest fighters with different characters, one of which was just yesterday!
On a side note, I do feel that this stage being just an image is a disappointment, especially when the franchise has a history of stages that ride along a river (water or magma).
