NICK54222 MUGEN: M. Bison VS Q*bert (Rematch)

Some time ago, I pit M. Bison against Q*bert to reference a Robot Chicken skit based on Street Fighter. Afterwards, I thought about a rematch to nerf Bison for it after Reckty commented about it.
However, I discovered a problem I forgot to look into: Q*bert wasn't using his strongest AI. I wasn't using the QBert10.def for him, so he used his normal AI for the bout as I listed him for his standard def file. As it was an older creation from RoySquadRocks, that's why this was the case.
Because of this accidental error, I had to change my plans for this video. Q*bert will be using his strongest AI, while Bison will keep his rather than use POTS's normal AI (for the version released in 2010). And it was a good idea as Q*bert still struggled to take down the dictator due to how strong POTS's AI was. I'm honestly pleased how this went. But due to this incident, I'll have to make sure all of the RSR creations in my roster have their strongest AI unless they're AI Patched.
