NICK54222 MUGEN: Asuna (me) VS Roy (Nexus Gaming)
12Honestly, having a Fire Emblem character in Soulcalibur makes sense. Link's inclusion in the GameCube version got me into the series, but it's a shame no other main series game has been released on Nintendo consoles ever since (Soulcalibur Legends is a spin-off BTW).
Having Roy as a guest character for a Soulcalibur-themed MUGEN project is a good idea. While it does have the same sprites as RMVGames's rendition of Eliwood's son, it thankfully doesn't hit as hard. That being said, this is from Nexus Gaming. Not much else to say.
Interestingly, Asuna's 2p Palette is based on a Fire Emblem character, but despite the similar colors, it's not Lilina. Also, I guess I'm not used to Aero Penetrator's input for this version when compared to how it is in Sennou-Room's version or Kohaku's version. Still, I feel my combos were fine, yet improvement is always good.
