0As our newest character request, it's the rough and tough Cindy Vortex from Jimmy Neutron! I really feel like Cindy is a great pick-up for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. If we cannot have Jimmy in this game, I believe Cindy has great potential to be a great rep from the show aswell as a deadly fighter! What do you think of this character?
