For week #63 of our Pokémon TCG Live Online Matches, let's continue taking a look at the BREAK Evolutions released in the XY-Evolutions expansion. This time around, Nidoking BREAK will be the spotlight Pokémon, bringing its Toxic Drill attack to the battle which does 120 damage and badly poisons the target - instead of the standard 1 damage counter per turn for poison damage, the poison inflicted by Toxic Drill places 2 damage counters instead. However, we'll also be pairing the King of the Nido with his partner Queen as well, bringing in the Nidoqueen from Primal Clash with the Ancient Trait of Omega Barrage that allows it to attack twice per turn. By BREAK Evolving Nidoking BREAK from the Steam Siege Nidoking, we'll have use of Nidoking's King's Palace Ability, which adds 20 damage to your Nidoqueen's attacks. With the Omega Barrage allowing for two attacks per turn, each King's Palace Ability in play adds 40 more damage per turn, which is stackable with multiple Nidoking in play. Let's see how well the royal family can chip away at the opponents in this week's battles!
