Here is my attempt at the "Quiltless" category for Nightmare Ned where you need to beat the game as fast as possible without returning to the quilt (pressing 'Q' or being sent back via the Dentist). To do this, you can use the shortcuts in each level to get to the next level.

There could be some better routing in this category with different shortcuts but it does seem like they can save a bit of time compared to returning to the quilt. I also got stuck with an invisible wall in the dentist level and totally failed at jumping on the bathtubs haha.
