Weapons should be Tactical Rifle, Energy Blade, Landmine, Boomerang, Reflector. Energy Field is worse than Tactical Rifle in the boss fight, you'll need Rifle to do enough damage for a sub 2 minute kill, upgrade all to level 5. As for modules, the key ones to upgrade are Max HP, Size, and Alpha Purple Module, all to at least level 3. Lastly, Revive is also required as it doubles your effective HP, it is better than Regen because it's maxed out the moment you get it, unlike Regen, which needs investment, and is pretty much pointless in the boss fight as the boss do way too much damage to be outhealed. People recommend Regen to survive the 15 -30 minute period, but with just 1 ATK boosting module and the listed weapons, you'll not get touched at all, so there's nothing to heal from.
