Nimona was my last work done at BlueSky Studios as a character TD. Because she was the main character of the canceled show, she represents a true teamwork effort. My work on this particular character goes back to setting up the skeleton, the customized installation rig process, and all the shapes and workflows to compute all the appealing shapes of her face and body. Working in a character for feature films gives you a very distinct eye point of view to the shapes and silhouettes of the character, and as usual, we, the rigging team, learn a lot with the lead animators the right shapes to achieve.
