0After an extremely rocky start (roguelikes tend to do that when you don't quite understand what you're doing yet) I managed to get some luck and some strong survivors for help in Plague Road. Mechanically once you get rolling the battle plays out a bit like a chess match and there are plenty of options to choose from for how to proceed with your survivors as you have to decide which structures to upgrade to improve your situation. I look forward to checking it out more!
This is pulled from the PC version of the game but should be representative of play on the Switch.
