Here's the third installment of Ninja Gaiden on the 8-bit NES. With this game, I feel the controls are a bit smoother, but it's still hard as sh!t ! The hazards and death-traps are also back full force ! The levels are shorter than in the second game, but they make up for it with the abundance of enemies per screen - there are so many hazards in each level than the only way to beat this game is to maybe spend hours, or even days, memorizing each screen to know exactly what's coming up next - you'll never make it, unless you either use save-states or you are some sort of NES god. Still, this is a great trilogy of games on the NES, challenging but satisfying to play !
