This is just a casual playthrough. I wanted to see how the game looked on Xbox One X. Very impressive upscaling. The game looks sharp and smooth now compared to the original. Aside from the pre rendered scenes. It was a 7 GB update so there may have been some textures added. Either way it looks great. Plays better on the Xbox One Elite controller as well.

I will mostly play the game on my original Xbox however. I have everything unlocked, including over 40 million points on mission mode and all the missions on every difficulty. Maybe I will play some missions on this version , once I go through normal. I spent several hundred hours on the story mode, between the original , black and sigma version, plus many more hundreds on mission mode which was the main mode I played. This was 11 years ago though, so I dont remember some of the nuances of the story mode and havent fought some of the bosses in a long time.

Only died once so far though, and that was because I didnt use healing items. You also start off much weaker in the early levels.

Death was edited out (second boss).

Im not playing for rank but they will probably be high do to all the ultimate techniques I use during normal play.
