This is were I have my first major grip with the system. Nintendo is still using friend codes, and granted they have simplified things. You still need to have your friend's friend code before you can add them to you system. On the plus side, Nintendo has gotten rid of the friend codes for individual games and getting online to play game is much faster and easier now. Though you still can't add an online play to your friends list
