It's a sad, sad, day. Nintendo have just confirmed they will be shutting down the eShops for both the Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS by 2023 but realistically you'll only be able to purchase games until August this year, 2022. Both the Nintendo 3DS & Wii U hold special places in my heart and I'll be sad to see both eShops shut, forcing people to pay ridiculous prices for physical games.
