So for those that may not have been aware Nintendo has recently signed up for the Content ID System and so people that are doing Nintendo made owned franchises are at risk of either a copyright strike (rare and should not happen as Nintendo stated) or most commonly just having Nintendo claim the video as there own and making money off your videos including Partners of some gaming networks. However content like Pokemon that is only licensed owned and not a Nintendo made franchise is not affected by this.
