Nintendo is presumably claiming you can get sued for lewds (This is speculation on my part. The sources might be misleading or taking things out of context).
If true they are going to figure out why Blizzard Activision failed miserably.
And they desperately need to learn why "fair use" is not always copyright infringement.
There is an ancient rule as old as the internet itself.
If a character exists there must be NSFW material somewhere on the internet. Because freedom of artistic expression is a beautiful thing.
