A federal jury has found that the Nintendo 3DS infringes a Japanese inventor's 3D patent. The inventor, Seijiro Tomita, originally sued Nintendo over their use of his technology (supposedly without permission) back in 2011. Apparently, Nintendo had used parts of Seijiros 3D technology in their console, but Nintendo were claiming to have not used key aspects of his invention.
