7Dave, Dev, and Naomi decide to take in Nintendo's January 13th 2017 Switch unveiling live... accompanied by the SFBros in the chatroom! We give our thoughts on what we hope the Nintendo Switch will offer up for the next console generation, react to the Nintendo Switch conference itself, and afterward discuss what worked and what didn't!

For our channel, YES, we do have a Nintendo Switch pre-order! We've also got a pre-order on The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. You can expect streams and videos on both the console and the game as soon as Amazon.ca drones it into our hands. If the price is right for party games like ARMS and 1 2 Switch, we'll pick those up release day too, and probably have a four-player funtime show. Hoping for March 3rd for the stream, but again, it may be March 8th or even March 10th.
Other games announced for the Nintendo Switch include Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odysset, Splatoon 2, Elder Scrolls: skyrim HD, No More Heroes 3, Project Octopath Traveler, Fire Emblem Warriors, Minecraft, Xenoblade 2, Dragon Quest 10 & 11, Pokemon Sun & Moon, Shin Megami Tensei, Yooka-Laylee, and probably about 50 more that I've completely forgotten.
The Nintendo Switch is a tablet with the approximate graphical power of the PS4 - a computer design feat in itself - that normally sits in a dock in your living room. You use either the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, or the Nintendo Switch JoyCons in the JoyCon grip, to play the Nintendo Switch as if it were any other console. But, if you want to play on the go, you're able to detach the JoyCons from the JoyCon grip, attach them to the sides of the Nintendo Switch tablet, and play it as if it were a Wii U screen. Additionally, the Nintendo Switch Tablet can be propped up using a built-in stand, and played by simply holding the JoyCons.

WHAT IS GAME BOOMERS?
Game Boomers is a YouTube show where friends get together and play video games! It's got a lot in common with Let's Plays, in that the hosts provide colour commentary overtop of game footage. It's also very different from other Let's Play shows, as well. Unlike your average LP, we record our sessions LIVE, allowing viewers to interact with the video in real time. But most importantly of all, we don't have just a face-cam; we have a full on couch-cam, shot in a greenscreen studio, so you guys can actually hang out with us!

WHO IS GAME BOOMERS?
Dev - The host of the show! He plays sometimes, depending on the game or his mood. He's generally better at video games than Dave, leading to some conflicts. Dev's also rambunctious as fuck, generally contributing to the short fuses of his co-hosts!
Dave - The other host of the show! He's notorious for being awful at video games, but that doesn't stop him from playing them! Dave desires a normal, laid-back/ lazy life, but Game Boomers keeps sucking him back into the vortex of craziness!
Naomi - Dev's nerdy girlfriend. A gamer, born and raised, and an extreme Xbox fanboy as well, Naomi's only begun to get exposure to Nintendo, Sony, and PC games through Game Boomers. Naomi's around for almost any type of game, but she really enjoys shooters and RPGs.
Dom - Dave's Minecraft-addicted girlfriend. She grew up watching others play games mostly, but now finally has a chance to play them herself. She's game for anything, but nothing gets her going quite like Autism Block Simulator.
