Nintendo Switch Drawing 0.17A (No Power) | Can We Fix it?

This Nintendo Switch was drawing 0.17A from the Ampmeter. I asked the chat what they thought it could be, and someone guessed the P13 chip!
We used our prior experience to see what the fault was, and I actually ended up making it worse!
