Last time, I played (Documentation Needed). After playing that (once again, I don't know if a minimum score is required), the final mode is unlocked, called Cucumber Hell.

In this mode, you only get one life, so a single screw up will end you! And, the microgame difficulty is locked at 3 (the hardest). Fortunately, the game speed starts off at 1, and you're given proper documentation once again, so you'll know whether to "use da keyz" or "use da mouse" before every microgame as usual.

In this mode, the game speed increases after every 5 points (instead of 4 or 7). However, after every 20 points, the game will announce "LEVEL UP!", but the microgame difficulty is already maxed, so all that can change is the speed. And, you get a nice little breather when that happens, as the speed level goes down a couple stages before eventually rising to be even faster than before.

Wow, I feel like I did amazing on this particular run. My previous high score was 27, which I felt was already decent, but I blew that away with a 57 here! I did actually have an input mistake while pounding mochi one time, but the game let me try again and I was still able to clear it just before time expired.

Also, I was really sloppy with coloring in Reimu's ribbon the second time it appeared in this run, but the game counted it as a success anyway (if you screw up too badly when filling in the colors in that microgame, you'll get "buzzed" and have to start over, and you'll likely run out of time).

Oh, and finally, I managed to get Medicine properly dressed fast enough this time around! Huzzah!

Unfortunately, the run ended when I failed to get the mermaid out of the way of a ludicrous speed cat. Oh, well. (I was very nervous at that point with how well I was doing, barely keeping my shaky mouse hand under control.)

So, that's it for all of the modes, except for Microgame Practice (though I did actually show that a little bit when I uploaded a video of Dead Beats (Youmu's Rhythm Heaven) without the desync issue). I wonder if I should record Microgame Practice to show all 3 difficulty levels of every microgame, along with perhaps any special failure states that aren't just simply running out of time. If I do that, the resulting video would likely be quite large, and would definitely take a while. Hmm... I'll think about it.

BTW, I likely would've had this video (and a TMNT4 video) up a few days ago, but the wind from Tropical Storm Isaias knocked out my neighborhood's power for about 54 hours (from about 5 PM on Tuesday the 4th until almost 11 PM on Thursday the 6th). Yeah, that kinda screwed things up for a while, and I needed to spend a few additional days simply catching up on stuff I missed. (At least it wasn't quite as bad as Winter Storm Alfred back in October of 2011 where I was without power for EIGHT days straight!)

Feel free to comment, but just know that I dislike profanity. Any comments containing F-bombs and/or S-bombs will be shot down with Nitori's cucumber gun! (In other words, they'll be deleted.)
(Comments containing other types of inappropriate content and excessively spammy pointless comments may meet this fate as well.)
