Marc Carpenter, a farmer in Burlington County, shook a large cloud of green-yellow pollen off a tree in the Pine Barrens on Wednesday, May 8. The heat, sun and breezy conditions meant large amounts of pollen were released, with many people noticing their allergies acting up.
