To those who mention P1 An An Lee, no it doesn't matter if she's P0, P1 increase her ulti DMG, which in this case matters so little.
I gave lilya LL psychube instead of thunderous applause because I want her DMG to be boosted for long term gain, but this does affect her crit rate and there is some unlucky turns where her S1 doesn't crit and results in no follow up, otherwise I would've score slightly higher.
My lilya is crit build resonance btw, I didn't exchange that for DMG even with TF presence just for more consistency.
