So... this is one extra pillar of the power of Parsec run amok that I'd been meaning to tinker with, but never really found an adequate excuse until now... ... ... specifically, despite the fact that it's a game running on my own machine... I'm not even playing here?! What nonsense is this?! (...do I have to hire these temps or else claim them as dependents?!)

This isn't even a game that NEEDS Parsec! It's got online play! It's not absolutely broken when you play it as such! ...although it kinda dragged when we had Maidens around, but I'm SURE that's not a factor anymore.

I have the various assurances that my cohorts in absentia (fun twist on WHO actually gets to be absent, though!) detected no horrible repercussions to gameplay, at any rate, least of all when compared to playing online normally, which I'm SURE they all remembered perfectly and in greatest detail in the months since we'd last played.

Honestly, it works pretty well, considering the fact that I basically just dropped a whole sandbox on their laps and told them to have fun, I was going back to the kitchen to make a sandwich, where I belonged. You know, because I was hungry. The sandwich was for me! (...what'd you think I meant?!)

Obviously, even having played it before is no real guarantee that literally anyone will have been guilty of actually PAYING ATTENTION and thus things will all need to be explained all over again.

Good thing I don't have to be responsible for that! I'm outta here! (Gimme a sammich!)
