Hello everyone,

I am making this video because my internet was out for 3 months due to Hurricane Ian and bad weather. After that, it took 3 months of hounding my Internet service provider to try and repair and fix my internet connection. It was not solely due to the recovery efforts. I explain what happened. I also explain solutions to fix our internet telecommunication systems.
