This mod is only available for Raid Squad Members (aka Donation Subscribers.) If you are a Raid Squad member, goto my channel's home page and tap on the Community Tab(Where the tabs that say HOME, VIDEOS, PLAYLISTS, COMMUNITY is at the top below my star picture). Then find the post for the No Limits 1.3.1 release. If you on a computer or using a mobile browser to log into your YouTube account(instead of the YouTube app), you should be able to use this link to go there instead:

Mod List:
• Spending Cash or Gold will return 20,000 of the currency
• Can Buy Any Money Car in Car Shop by pressing Left button(Not back button)
• Can tune the cars to crazy values
