"NO MORE SAVE SCUMMING!!" Baldur's Gate 3, STEAL EVERYTHING!!! Use This Exploit Before It's Gone!
20In this guide I go over one of many ways you can pickpocket merchants without having to stress about failing checks or getting caught. This is for those of you whom would like an alternative method to QuickSave/QuickLoad save scumming
*Note
In Divinity Original Sin 2, each character can only pickpocket each NPC “once”. After you’ve stolen from a character, you can never pickpocket them again
The A.I "will" return to their posts after a while even if you aren't around, but this is a method to continuously steal as fast as possible while remaining in the same area. Didn't have to use familiar though it's case by case. If you can manage to hide, even next to an NPC? You can still Pickpocket in Turns Mode!
Even with a bad attitude you can still interact with most of these characters. This is a very strong exploit early on in the game
Hopefully you find this helpful. Merchants reset stock upon long rest so rob them blind literally & figuratively!! Knowing Larian & the fact the game acknowledges these exploits is simply *chefs kiss*
