99First have both saves in the Battery folder.
One of them should be call pokemon.SAV and the other one pokemon.SV2
Then open NO$gba right click, pick link
Go to file click on cartridge menu(file.1st) then pick second machine
Then go back to file and click on cartridge menu(FileName) and load the other Pokemon rom then just trade
I did not try pokemon diamond or pearl because I find them boring
