For some reason little witch just entering the first mountain made Steve very angry. Not even giving little witch a chance to browse the perks Steve commenced to kicking butt.
Then little witch saw the Perks. There is was.

After securing the perk and after thoroughly kicking little witch's butt he was kind enough to escort little witch to safety through the next level.
Trick was if little witch even looked at Steve funny he would attack again.
Thanks Again Steve. little witch knows your not as bad as everyone says.
I meant to continue on but, I suppose in a way I got Noita 'd or Noita'd myself in the end.
