NOITA Divide By Spells Made Simple
27The divide by spells are cool if you know how to use them. Problem is, a ton of players don’t know how. This video explains a bit of the how and why and shows a few examples of simple builds. This video is NOT intended as a comprehensive guide NOR a super accurate explanation of the mechanics of the divide by spells. This is an “in the spirit” of the mechanics guide and a coping mechanism for players like myself why struggled greatly to gain even a minor level of understanding of the spell.
Below I am providing further resources that will provide additional help getting divide by into your game faster and easier than it took for me to learn them.
Them Basic Divide By Mechanics
1. Memorize the spell on the top of the deck. This is the target spell.
2. Cast a single copy of the target spell that is not allowed to draw
3. Cast N - 1 copies of the target spell that are allowed to draw
4. Discard the spell that’s currently on the top of the deck.
