Nokia 6680 short demo
1Short demo of a Nokia 6680 I got my hands on last March 25. My old man actually had one of these back in 2006 which he used for a few months until it got knackered when it fell in the bathroom and thus got water damaged.
The 6680 was first released in March 2005 as a business-oriented "imaging phone" with its 1.3 megapixel primary camera and a front-mounted secondary camera used for video calls, which is nowadays used for taking selfies. Nokia announced a similarly specced Nseries phone a month after the 6680's release in the form of the N70, and adding insult to injury was that the N70 had way more RAM than the 6680 whose anaemic 8MB of available application memory made it a pain for gamers (particularly those who downloaded cracked scene releases of N-Gage games; Tony Hawk's Pro Skater flat-out crashes due to the lack of memory) and power users.
Shoutout to @Retrophonesstuff for inspiring me to acquire this phone and make a short retrospective about it. And yes I made an Elsa/Frozen theme for it because I got incredibly bored.
