Norco 100% Steam Achievement Guide Walkthrough - Part 3
100:00 - After unlocking the Mausoleum location through Blue's profile on the mind map, leave Duck's house and head back to Kay's house and to the backyard area. Pick up the Prybar.
00:40 - Select the world map screen and go to the Mausoleum. Enter the Mausoleum building via the entrance at the left side, then click on the Crypt inside.
01:11 - Use the Prybar on the Madere Crypt to open it and read the Letter inside. Pick up Catherine's Ring to unlock an entry on the mind-map and the "Fake Ring" achievement.
02:18 - Go back to the world map and head to Dimes Discount. Go to the Batture area from the mini-map. Speak with Lucky here and he will ask if you can find his dog Pots. This will unlock Lucky's entry on the mind map.
03:12 - Go back to Dimes Discount and enter the Gas Station again. Pick up the Dog Food from the shelf near the entrance, then use it on the Price Scanner to buy it. Leave the area and go back to Sarpy Paperbacks.
04:00 - Talk to the Dog that was outside of the shop before, and choose to "Feed Dog" now that you have some Dog Food. This is Lucky's dog Pots, who will now join the party.
00:00 - Head inside the Bookstore and speak with Erica, if you have been following this guide so far and unlocking the mindmap entries you should be able to ask her about Paw Paw, choosing the dialogue option "He threw a brick through the church window". This will unlock a new entry.
05:40 - The next achievement can only be unlocked if Crouton is still in the shop. Make sure you speak with Erica first to unlock all of her mind map entries. Click on Pots' picture in the party menu on the left side of the screen to unlock the "Cats and Dogs" achievement.
06:20 - Go back to the Batture area and speak with Lucky again. Now he has been reunited with Pots you can select any dialogue options. Select "Help is just what we need." when prompted to get Lucky to join the party. Make sure that you click on Lucky in the Party menu to learn more about him and to ask him what knows about Shield.
09:50 - Go back to Kay's house and to the backyard area. Speak with Lucky here about all available dialogue options to unlock the "Shield" mind-map entry. When you are ready to leave, speak with Million and select "Let's go". Open the world map and select the "Shield" location.
12:27 - Click on one of the Guards at the entrance, and select "Let's do it." to start one of the fighting minigames. The guards are hard-hitting so use Lucky when you can to attack. You can use the Heal button at the upper right corner of the screen to recover some health if needed. Once they are defeated you will be playing as Catherine again.
16:13 - After the opening scene, leave the warehouse and talk to Dallas. Open the Smartphone menu and click on the Order Ride app, click on the new location, Promenade Mall to head over there.
19:08 - Catherine will arrive at the mall parking lot. Use the mini-map to head inside the Mall Entrance and speak with the Garretts here. They will install Kenner John's Apocryphon app onto the Smartphone and give Catherine a new task.
22:47 - Head back to the parking lot and go to the Side Lot. You can speak with Keith here if you like, then head to the Subdivision. Open up the smartphone and open Kenner John's Apocryphon app, move the phone to the left of the screen, and scan the area above the grass to find the first Virtual Sculpture.
25:50 - Click on it to unlock the Saint Somewhere location on the map. Head into the Garage and speak with Watcher. He will ask Catherine to pass on a message to his son Bruce. Open up the smartphone open the Order Ride app and go to St Somewhere's.
29:48 - Speak with the Dumpy Dog Customer outside of the bar and get him to tell you the whole story until the "Showgoer's Tale" achievement unlocks. Next, speak with the Door Guy, he will tell Catherine that the device has been stolen.
35:52 - Open the smartphone and the Order Ride app, head back to the Promenade Mall. Go to the Drainage Canal and open the Kenner John's Apocryphon app on the smartphone to find the next Virtual Sculpture.
39:30 - After speaking with Paw Paw, open the Order Ride app and head Downtown. Head to the Overpass then to City Hall and speak with the Guard at the entrance.
41:08 - This will start a minigame. On the 1st Floor, select "To Elevators", then "To Stairwell". Next, choose "Go down" to get to the Basement. Here, choose "Go left" and "Speak", ask "Why" and he will give you a Receipt. Choose "Go Upstairs" to head back to the first floor.
42:44 - Select "Go up" to get to the second floor. Choose "Feel around" and then "Reach out hand" to be given another Receipt. Next select "Go up" until you get to floor 5. Choose "Reach out hand" to get the second number. Select "Go up" to floor 6 and select "Reach out hand" to complete the reciept.
45:00 - Choose "Go up" to the floor 7 and select "Enter doorway". Speak to the Planner and choose "I'm trying to get to the roof" to get the City Hall Keycard.
