Norco 100% Steam Achievement Guide Walkthrough - Part 4
100:00 - Leave the Planner's office and head up to the 10th Floor to reach the roof. Select "Try door" to unlock it with the keycard, then choose "Exit to the roof". Speak with Dallas and you will unlock Hollygrove as a new location.
03:15 - When you gain control of Catherine, click on the sky to look up. Open the smartphone and the Apocryphon app and move it to the left of the screen to find the last Virtual Sculpture. Click on it to get the last message.
04:37 - Leave City Hall and open the smartphone and the Order Ride app, head to Hollygrove, and go inside the house. Speak with both Austin and Marfa, then click on the Present under the Christmas Tree to unlock the "JOY" Achievement.
05:58 - Head outside and open the Order Ride app again, this time go to the Promenade Mall. Head back inside the Mall and the Garretts will be gone. Go back outside and then to the Drainage Canal area. Here, speak with Pawpaw again.
07:44 - The screen will switch back to Kay again. Head into the Guardhouse and click on the Crane Manual to read how to operate Shield's railroad cranes. Make note of the prefix code. Click on the Computer and select "Type a Command" and then "Disengage Lock".
08:42 - Return to the Entrance and go to the Freight Elevator area, then to the Crane Platform Entrance. Head out to the Crane Platform and click on the Wires that are hanging down from the top of the screen. Make a note of the number on the robot here.
10:33 - Head back to the Refinery area and go to the Catwalk. Click on the Control Booth, then choose "Use keypad" to enter the crane command code. The code is made up of the prefix code from the crane manual and the number on the robot. You should notice it underneath the number pad next to "TGT". Enter the code then enter the new code which appears under the number pad.
12:39 - This will trigger a minigame fight with the Drone Priest. To defeat them you can follow the same tactics as before or you can use Lucky's grenades to take them out. Return to the Freight Elevator area and then to the Good Hope Plantation. Head into the Shield HQ Lobby.
14:35 - Speak with the Balcony Crowd to unlock the "Garrett" entry on the mind map. Speak with Birdhead and ask "Why's Laura at odds with her father?" and unlock the Laura St. Claire and Thomas St. Claire entries. Then ask "What's this technology you're talking about?" to unlock the Something in the Lake entry.
17:55 - Head to the Elevator and click on the Elevator Panel, then return to the Lobby and watch the scenes. Head back to the Elevator and click on Bruce, select "Grab him" when prompted then click on the Elevator Panel once more and select to go to the Executive Suite.
19:54 - Enter the Executive Office and speak with Laura Saint Claire inside. Click on the Box on the shelf to the right to pick it up and head outside. Go back inside the Executive Office and read the Letter on Laura's desk to unlock the "Haunt Your Lonely Days" Achievement. Go back to the Elevator and you will automatically head outside.
23:00 - Open the world map screen head to Dimes Discount and go into the Gas Station. Try to use the Dimes Discount Card on the Price Scanner with no luck. Head back to Kay's house and use the Discount Card on the Statue of the Virgin Mary.
24:29 - Go inside the House and to the Kitchen, then head up the Attic. Click on the Boxes and select
"Move Boxes". Enter the Hidden Door. Click on all of the items inside the Office, when you click on the Processor the game will switch to Catherine.
27:30 - Speak with Gooch near the Locked Door, who will tell you that the password is "Prayers up, boys! We're going to MARS!!!". Record this piece of dialogue. Speak with Gooch again, then head back to the Parking Lot via the Drainage Canal, then to the Side Lot. Speak with Keith and he'll drive off. Pick up the bag of Potato Chips.
30:12 - Go to the Subdivision and speak with Watcher again inside the Garage. Use the Voice Memos to record the snippet starting with: "Bruce, you're my boy. And this here is your home...". Then head back to the Loading Bay.
31:05 - Give Gooch the Potato Chips and record the dialogue snippet starting with "John told us we're supposed to be fasting. No thank you...". Now click on the Acoustic Lock next to the locked door. Click on Voice Memos and select to play the "Prayers up..." recording. Head inside.
32:35 - Go to the Sleeping Quarters and speak with the Garrett up above on the left, and record the dialogue "I been doing the same stuff as always...". Click on the Shirts at the right side of the screen, and select "Put on shirt" to unlock the "Garrett Drip" achievement.
34:25 - Go back and then to Service Corridor 1A. Speak with the Gamer Garretts and record the dialogue "The new guys get stuck doing stupid shit...". Continue to Service Corridor 1B, then Service Corridor 1C. Speak with the Garrett at the right, and record the dialogue starting with "The new Garrett who guards the cathedral...".
