Norco 100% Steam Achievement Guide Walkthrough - Part 2
100:00 - Speak with Santa and make sure that you give him your last dollar. This is for a missable achievement later on in the game. Next, speak with the Hot Dog Vendor.
02:00 - Try to enter the Curious Duck, at the left side of the screen. The entrance is locked, so speak with the Hot Dog Vendor again. He'll tell you the Secret Knock, but first, you have to send him a customer.
02:58 - Head back to the Overpass and speak with the Showgoer to the left of the stage, tell him about the Hot Dogs.
03:43 - Make a save here so you can replay the minigame if you don't get both achievements the first time. Click on the Puppet Theater whenever you are ready to start.
03:50 - For this minigame, you will have to navigate the fishing boat between two spots on the map. The spot on the left is the Gator, while the spot on the right is the Shrimper. Depending on who you speak with first, they will request that you kill the other for them. For the first achievement, you can speak with either the Gator or the Shrimper. Then head to the spot at the top left of the map to unlock the "Gatorcase".
10:35 - To unlock the other achievement you have to first speak with the Shrimper, then head back to the spot with the Gator and choose to kill it. Then head back to the Shrimper, all without taking any damage to the boat. This will unlock the "Bayou Boss" achievement. If you are really good at the minigame you can try for both achievements in one game.
15:40 - After the minigame ends, the Showgoer will have left to go buy a Hot Dog. Go back to the French Quarter and speak with the Hot Dog Vendor, who will now teach you the "Secret Knock".
16:11 - Click on the Curious Duck entrance once again to head inside. Click on the Crystal Ball on the countertop when you are ready to speak with Rosie. Choose any dialogue options you wish to be informed that the contact is waiting outside.
17:42 - Leave the Curious Duck and speak with Dallas outside. Open the Smartphone menu and click on the Quackjob app to get the next objective, then click on the Order Ride app and select the Eagle Wholesale destination.
19:13 - Head inside the warehouse and click on the ??? spot to complete the first act and unlock the "Act 1" Achievement.
20:00 - You will be playing as Kay again. Click on the World Map icon at the top right of the screen and select the Floodgate Tavern if this has been unlocked. If not, head home, then to Apple Street, then to the Tavern.
20:23 - Enter the Tavern to unlock the "Brett LeBlanc" entry on the mind map. Click on the Television in the upper left corner to unlock the "Lucky" entry. Speak with Gus to unlock a "Blake" entry.
21:57 - Speak with Brett LeBlanc, then ask Gus the bartender to buy him a beer when prompted. Speak with Brett after this to unlock the "Bloodline" mindmap entry. Then talk to him about PawPaw to unlock another entry.
23:13 - Speak with Gus again to get Brett another beer. Speak with Brett again and select "What would Shield be looking for?" to unlock the "Laura St. Claire" mindmap entry. Select the "Who's her father?" option to unlock the "Thomas St. Claire" entry. Ask Brett, "Why didn't you stop the Shield agents?" to unlock a further entry.
26:10 - Speak with Gus once again to buy Brett a snack, then speak with him again about Shield. Now, open the Mindmap menu and click on Duck's picture. Follow through the dialogue options to unlock the Dimes location on the World Map.
33:05 - Once you have spoken with Brett about everything, leave the Tavern and head to the new Dimes location. Head into to house and click on the only location on the screen to switch the light on.
34:03 - Speak with Duck about the following dialogue options to unlock 5 entries in the mind map; "Headdrive...?", "So you kept up with my mom?", "Did you attend her funeral?" then "The ring she wore around her neck was fake?". Finally, "They stole my mom's stuff.", then ask "Why?". Make sure you speak to Duck about every possible option.
39:10 - Head to the Library and click on the Locked Ornamental Box on the shelf at the left of the screen. Click on the Deer Head mounted on the right wall twice to get the option to interact with it. Do this to find the Key and use it to open the Locked Box and read the letter inside.
41:00 - Click on the Console on the desk and select "Use Terminal". This will start a new minigame. The aim is to move the three drones at Zone A to the other surrounding Zones to get them out of the way. To complete this - Move 1 Drone from Zone B to Zone F, then move 1 Drone from Zone C to Zone B. Next, move 1 Drone from Zone D to Zone H, then move 2 Drones from Zone H to Zone I. Next, Move 1 Drone from Zone D to Zone H this will force the system to move 1 Drone from Zone A to the empty Zone D. Move 1 Drone from Zone E to Zone D and finally, move the remaining Drones from Zone A to Zone C and Zone E.
44:12 - Once complete, open the mind map and click on Blue to unlock the Mausoleum as a new location.
