Norco - Steam Achievement Guide - Part 3
100:00 - At the start of Act 3, during the conversation with LeBlanc you will unlock a Million entry on the mind map
02:06 - Achievement #20 - LeBluggalo - At the start of Act 3, click on the Face Paint Kit on Leblanc's desk inside Padu P.I. multiple times until he paints his face.
02:35 - Achievement #21 - Metairie Angels - Head to the Floodgate Tavern and open the smartphone. Use the Case Picker app and select the Metairie Angels case. Speak to the bartender Gus and agree to "Hand over the phone" to him.
03:50 - When you head back to Kay's Home and to the Hidden Office in the Attic, this will unlock another Million mind map entry.
04:19 - Achievement #22 - Master of Confusion - After defeating the the Garretts outside of Duck's House head inside and read the Note on the desk. This will unlock the Garrett and Sunken Head mind map entries. You will also pick up the Coordinate Letter. If you have been following the guide so far you should unlock the "Master of Confusion" achievement for unlocking all of the character nodes.
05:06 - Achievement #23 - Orphan's Knock - When you need to knock on the front door of Unit B at the Fishing Camp, don't follow Leblanc's suggestion of knocking multiple times in rapid succession each attempt. Instead, knock once and only once during each of your five attempts until the achievement unlocks.
05:58 - Achievement #24 - Meter - Speak with the Researchers inside Unit B at the Fishing Camp until they give Kay the Meter item.
07:00 - Achievement #25 - Carnival Pig - During the minigame where you are locating the hotspots to unlock the visual on the Ghost Bayou area, head south from the starting point near the Fishing Camp area. Select "Dive" when the sonar pings to pick up the Mardi Gras Beads. Now head to the area at the bottom right of the map until the sonar pings again. Select "Dive" and select "Throw Mardi Gras Beads into the water" to obtain the Superduck Phone Case, as well as the "Carnival Pig" achievement.
09:28 - Achievement #26 - Network Trouble - When you get to the Eagle's Pond location, use the Meter on the bird here before you do anything else to take a reading. The achievement will unlock when you get back to the Fishing Camp and hand the meter back.
10:35 - Achievement #27 - Terminal Network Meltdown - After taking the first reading, Use the Meter on the bird again at Eagle's Pond after using the Eyes on it. Again, the achievement will unlock when you get back to the Fishing Camp and hand the meter back.
12:54 - Achievement #28 - Wet Monkey - On the boat, on the way to John's Pond, the sonar will ping again. As long as you recruited Monkey at the start of the game. Dive into the waters to unlock the "Wet Monkey" achievement.
13:45 - Achievement #29 - Bye Bye Brucey - When speaking with Bruce inside the Shipping Container at John's Pond, Kay will have to get him to leave. You can either playback the "Bruce, you're my boy. And this here is your home..." recording from your Voice App or give him the Wet Monkey we picked up earlier in the game. Note there is also an achievement for giving him the Wet Monkey so you can get both achievements at the same time.
15:43 - Achievement #30 - Mister Monkey Man - As previously stated, when speaking with Bruce inside the Shipping Container at John's Pond, Kay will have to get him to leave.When you when you leave the conversation, quickly use the Wet Monkey on him to get him to leave and unlock the achievement. This should also unlock the Bye Bye Brucey achievement at the same time.
16:30 - Achievement #31 - Ditch Man Dead - Use John's Head on Chuck at the Fishing Camp at John's Pond before giving it to the False Pawpaw Garrett.
17:47 - Achievement #32 - Like Pawpaw! Like Pawpaw! - After getting the previous achievement, use John's Head on the False Pawpaw Garrett at the Shipping Container area at John's Pond.
18:48 - Achievement #33 - Will you make it out alive? - Enter the right door at the Mezzanine inside the Ark, then choose "Continue down hallway". While you are in Kay's Bedroom during the House sequence, ensure that you choose the "Peruse Books" option, follow by "Will you make it out alive?" to unlock this.
20:45 - Achievement #34 - Family Reunion - At the end of the game, you must first successfully convince Bruce to leave the Shipping Container. This will force Pawpaw to leave the Altar after you take a seat in the left chair. Once he leaves, simply click on Blake and Catherine, then return to the Lookout at the Shepard's Watch area. Select the new hotspot that appears over the balcony, and select "Yes".
23:00 - Achievement #35 - Congrats :( - The final achievement of the game will unlock when you complete Act 3.
