Tried to release as much as I could quick, sometimes I had to just close my eyes and push through the enemies. The exit of the 2nd teleport room I visit is specially dangerous as it's 5 minutes into the run and pressing the last switch spawns some cybruisers at the door, also the way out can be completely blocked. I lost one attempt dying at the same time as the cyber blocking the exit.
