catalyst lost some value from not being able to precast hammer orbs anymore but other busted builds emerged due to hammer buffs like condi tempest and weaver. in this case we went with tempest because with weaver not being able to get a 2nd weave self it probably wouldn't be able to do more damage and at the same time tempest could cover important things like might/prot/vuln (the last one not so much unless you make some adjustments). the precast i am doing involves air because i want to precast glyph of elemental power there so as we can have instantly 20 vuln (as opposed to other tempests doing the same but in fire).
